I got into lending because I enjoy helping people make smart, confident decisions during one of the biggest financial moments of their lives. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers, and I like being the person who can slow things down, explain the numbers clearly, and help clients understand their options without pressure. Before becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer, I built my career in consultative financial sales and client care, where trust, communication, and attention to detail mattered every day. That background taught me how important it is to listen first, educate clearly, and guide people with patience. I work best with buyers who want someone who will walk with them step by step, answer questions honestly, and make the process feel less stressful. My clients can count on me to communicate consistently, stay organized, and treat their goals like they matter—because they do. I’m based in Chicago, IL, and I’m also fluent in Vietnamese, which allows me to serve and connect with more families in our community. Outside of work, I value faith, family, personal growth, and building meaningful relationships with the people around me.
